Thank you for visiting my site. I am very proud to be a realtor associated with Westside Estate Agency, and am privileged to serve as the Senior Sales Director of the Malibu office. My background includes 20 years experience as an attorney in the Los Angeles area, including 10 years specialized in the field of real estate law. Since acquiring my real estate license, I have consistently proven to be a top producing agent. Last year, while at Coldwell Banker, I ranked among the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally and received the President's Premier award for outstanding sales production. Also while at Coldwell Banker, I was 1 of only 14 members of Coldwell Banker's elite International Team. I am also proud to serve as a Director on the Malibu Board of Realtors.

Nearly every single day I study the real estate market. This is a serious, full time professional occupation for me, not a part time hobby. I am constantly searching out new properties for sale or lease, tracking price changes, monitoring statistical data, and watching for subtle shifts in the market. I also consistently network with other top agents and members of the community to keep abreast of opportunities which might arise before a property comes to market. In working with sellers, I offer detailed market analysis and research to objectively determine valuations and set accurate and effective pricing strategies to meet client goals. I also assist with pre-market home preparation, and provide outstanding targeted advertising to entice the right buyers to purchase. My marketing motto is "...I'm different from the competition because I make your home stand out from its competition," i.e. from competing homes in its price range.

My background in the law taught me the importance of earning a solid reputation through quality professional service, excellent results and delivering as promised. I approach my real estate business in the same way. Accordingly, all telephone calls, e-mails, letters and other inquiries are promptly returned. Listing presentations are well prepared with detailed market analysis provided to insure appropriate pricing strategies. In fact, approximately 90% of my listings sell within 90% of the suggested asking price. A well planned marketing campaign is launched with every new listing, including internet advertising, direct mailers, e-blasts, print/magazine ads (See sample print ad) and other targeted multi-media presentations.

Local Knowledge
I sincerely believe that Malibu is one of the best places on Earth to live... and that is why I have lived here for over 25 years. It is easy to sell a product that you truly believe in. My local knowledge is a benefit to clients because I am familiar with the pros and cons of certain neighborhoods, know how they are developing or changing, know the schools, shops and businesses, know the good contractors and bad, know the local points of interest or nuisance depending, and just plain know the ins and outs of buying, showing and selling real estate in this incredibly diverse little town.
